Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund, sent back to the UPI account you paid from within 5 working days.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once for free with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations and missed sessions
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, and sessions missed without notice, are not refunded.
If I need to cancel
If I have to cancel or cannot attend, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
Unpaid bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
